President Uhuru Kenyatta has dismissed the rejuvenated opposition’s possibility of taking over State House after the August 8th elections.
Speaking during the launch of the Jubilee Party smart card in Safaricom Kasarani Sports complex, the President said that the oppositions is not organized well enough to give the ruling party a run for their money.
“If you fight internally until we all fail, what will be the benefit to you?” Uhuru asked.
“When you start running around the market with a mad man, no one will know the difference between the two of you. So let the mad man display his nakedness as you focus on what is important,” Uhuru said.
Deputy President, William Ruto echoed Uhuru’s sentiments expressing JP’s confidence of winning the elections. The leaders also appealed to Kenyans to register as voters.
