President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto on Saturday attacked Bomet Governor, Isaac Ruto over plans to turn a University land into a dumping side. Governor Ruto is alleged to have filed a court injunction to stop the construction of a campus in Bomet Town. The Deputy President also lashed out at the Governor for being a fierce critic of the Jubilee Government. Uhuru and Ruto had attended an event at the Longisa Referral Hospital where they launched new medical equipment to be used at the facility. Also in attendance were Majority leader Aden Duale, Senate Deputy Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Joyce Laboso and Kericho Senator Aaron Cheruiyot.
