Perceived Political Sins Haunt President Kenyatta in London as Kenyans in Diaspora Heckle Him

A section of Kenyans in London, United Kingdom held a demonstration outside the Royal Institute of International Affairs during President Uhuru Kenyatta’s five-day visit to the country.

President Uhuru, who had just finished delivering his speech, was forced to flee the scene as the protestors held placards written: “Respect rule of law, Respect human rights and Born Kenyan Forever Kenyan”.

Some of the demonstrators called for justice against National Resistance Movement (NRM) General Miguna Miguna’s deportation which was termed as illegal by the High Court of Kenya.

However, there were others who carried placards saying ‘Karibu London’ and representing his Big Four Agenda while others chanted ‘Uhuru is justice’.
