Government issues terror warning, asks Kenyans to be vigilant

The government has asked Kenyans to be alert on terror issues during this festive season. This comes after a series of intelligence reports suggest that there is a likelihood of a number of terror attacks in some parts of the country. The Inspector General of Police, Mr. Joseph Boinnet on Tuesday revealed that the government agencies had received intelligence reports of planned attacks by the Al-shabaab militants. The coastal region has been marked as the most vulnerable to the attacks.
